My Project 365

Because I needed a challenge and because I really want to improve my photo taking skills. I’ve decided to embark on a new journey. Beginning November 1, 2013 I’ll be taking a photograph each day for 365 days.

To help me stay focused and for moral support I signed up to participate with Courtney at Click It Up a Notch and a couple hundred other photographers/bloggers to complete this project. I hope you’ll stop by everyday to see my progress, maybe offer an encouraging word or join in on the fun. Here we go!

Day 1

Everyone meet Chloe aka “Little Woman”. She’s one of the canine’s that reside at Our House. I took this shot yesterday when we got her home from the groomer. She goes about once a month and even gets a pedicure. (Like Mother like Daughter 😉 ) She likes to go for rides in the car, take sunbaths and she dislikes the camera. (can’t you see the look of disgust on her face.)

Day 2

I’ve been feeling a little under the weather today and realized after waking up from a late nap that I hadn’t taken the shots I’d wanted to take while we were at the Sortin’ and Craft Fair at our church this afternoon. We are members of Lone Star Cowboy Church and do things a little different than a traditional church. If you’ve never been to a Cowboy Church before I’d encourage you to check it out. Anyhow, since I didn’t get those afore mentioned photos I decided to take a group picture. I included the cross that we purchased at the craft fair in the grouping to remind myself that my main focus should be on Jesus. “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13
